Round Pegs Recruitment is seeking a Junior Letting Negotiator for the Crouch End area (N8). The role covers the full letting process from applicant registration and property viewings to negotiate offers and push deals through to completion.

The successful candidate will have at least one year in lettings, strong communication skills, and a driving licence, with a team-oriented, target-driven mindset and local area knowledge. Hours include weekday shifts with a weekend rotation offset.

Junior Letting Negotiator – Crouch End, N8

An great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Letting Negotiator to join our Client based in Crouch End, N8As Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-ins.
• Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management
• Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
• To work alongside the Lettings Administrator and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
• Canvassing

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Minimum one year lettings experience
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence

The hours will be:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 6pmWednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 6:30pmSaturdays 10am to 4pm

Salary range will be:

Basic Salary: up to £18,000 per annum + use of pool carOTE of around £35,000
