AJ Chambers is working with a top City Law Firm that has an exciting role for a Junior Legal PA, responsible for providing full administrative and file management support to a group of Lawyers.
This role is suitable for a Legal Administrator looking to advance to a top City Law Firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service Delivery: Support the Service Lead, Practice Assistants, Executive Assistants, and Lawyers by organizing your time and tasks to ensure effective workload management. Seek clarification as needed to perform these tasks effectively and ensure smooth operations.
- Diary Support: Assist with room and taxi bookings, diary updates, and other scheduling tasks. Take overall ownership of these responsibilities, providing guidance to ensure accuracy, and proactively seek further guidance from relevant stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with the Service Lead, Executive Assistants, and Practice Assistants to support client and marketing activities, including updating the CRM system.
- Document Management: Create electronic and digital documents with proper structure and formatting, and verify the accuracy of client and internal data.
- File Management: Open, close, and maintain files, ensuring electronic records are correctly named and archived appropriately.
- Support Event Organisation: Assist in organizing internal and external events, seminars, and conferences, handling registrations, bookings, and materials. Take overall ownership to ensure accuracy, seeking guidance as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle printing, copying, scanning, maintain expense records, and manage courier requests.
- Financial Administration: Support finance and billing tasks, process expenses, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Efficiency Optimisation: Streamline workflows and manage time effectively to boost productivity.
