Job summary

Confirm is seeking an entry-level Associate Learning Designer to support the Learning Experience team in rebuilding our e-learning content using a new authoring tool, ensuring accessibility and learner-centred design.

You will work with senior designers and subject matter experts to develop instructional content, gain exposure to learning science, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering high-quality digital learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in English, Education, Communications, Design, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong listening and questioning abilities to support effective collaboration and information gathering.
• Ability to translate unfamiliar or technical subject matter into clear, accurate, engaging learning content.
• Genuine interest in how people learn and how digital experiences support effective learning outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Professional, open-minded, and solutions-focused team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of learning design tasks across custom and off-the-shelf product streams.
• Assist in delivering learning modules in collaboration with more senior designers.
• Complete assigned content design activities to agreed timelines and specifications.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the content production lifecycle.
• Assist with version control, QA processes, and final content delivery.
• Build learning content using approved tools, templates, and frameworks.
