Confirm is seeking an Associate Learning Designer to join the Learning Experience team. You will help rebuild our e-learning collection in a new authoring tool, creating accessible, engaging digital learning experiences.

Under guidance from senior designers, you’ll develop instructional design and content development skills while contributing to team delivery goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in English, Education, Communications, Design, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Strong listening and questioning abilities for collaboration.
• Able to translate technical content into clear, engaging learning material.
• Genuine interest in how people learn and digital learning effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, open-minded, solutions-focused team player.
• Interest in technology, media, and learning innovation.

Responsabilités

• Roadmap & Delivery Support: assist in delivering learning design tasks and modules with senior designers, maintaining timelines and specs.
• Discovery & Insight: conduct background research, engage SMEs, apply learning design principles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Learning Designers, Project Managers, QA, and Developers; attend meetings.
• Product Communications: present content decisions clearly; ensure alignment with tone, brand, accessibility.
• Innovation & Growth: stay updated on industry trends and contribute to process improvements.
