This Litigation Lawyer role has been created due to the growth of this trusted family firm of solicitors based in Stockport. The firm is well established with a strong local reputation, specialising in Conveyancing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Litigation, Probate, and Wills.
Working directly with the senior partner, you will handle general civil litigation and contentious probate cases, assist with case management and preparation, conduct legal research, draft documents, attend court hearings, liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties, and stay updated on relevant laws and practices.
As a proactive Litigation Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of an experienced senior partner in a supportive environment.
