Job summary

The Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester is looking for a Junior IT Support Desk Advisor to join the IT & Estates team. You will provide first line IT support to staff, students and visitors, helping to resolve issues and triage where needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate issues and needs.
• Aptitude for computers and IT with the ability to follow complex, technical instructions.
• Capable of accurate data gathering and clear documentation of user issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support to staff, students and visitors.
• Triage and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Maintain and update records of reported issues and resolutions.
