Boots is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide front-line IT support to the Boots Online Doctor Team, handling 1st/2nd line issues and assisting with inductions and device management.

You will build laptops, create user accounts, refresh devices on a schedule, manage leavers, and communicate clearly with end users. This role offers on-call rota pay and opportunities to grow within Boots' technology team.
