Barbour is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to join the Infrastructure and Security Team at our South Shields head office. You will provide 1st/2nd line support, manage incidents, and assist with end-user devices across global sites.

Qualifications

• Familiar with helpdesk/service desk processes and ticket logging.
• Experience with Windows and macOS desktops and basic network concepts.
• Ability to field IT issues and provide first-time fixes where possible.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage, and resolve incidents and requests via the ticketing system.
