We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who will act as the first point of contact for all IT support issues.

Working as part of a team in a busy environment, the job holder will handle a variety of support issues, including printer problems, trading and market pricing applications, and more. The role involves managing our Hyper-V / Virtualized server and PC estate, overseeing resource usage of Hyper-V hosts and SAN infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Microsoft Office365 suite of applications.
2. Liaising with third-party support vendors, developers, and suppliers.
3. Experience with Microsoft Azure is beneficial.
4. Providing support face-to-face, over the phone, or via remote access.
5. Supporting an active trading desk, back-office staff, executives, and staff in overseas offices.
6. Participating in training opportunities provided by third-party IT training companies.
