Job Title: Junior IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who will act as the first point of contact for all IT support issues.

Working as part of a team in a busy environment, the job holder will handle a wide variety of support issues, including printer problems, issues with trading and market pricing applications, and more. The role involves managing our Hyper-V / Virtualized server and PC estate, overseeing resource usage of Hyper-V hosts and SAN infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Microsoft Office365 suite of applications.
2. Liaise with third-party support vendors, developers, and suppliers.
3. Experience with Microsoft Azure (beneficial).
4. Provide support face-to-face, over the phone, or via remote access.
5. Support an active trading desk, back-office staff, executives, and staff in overseas offices.
6. Participate in multiple training opportunities available through third-party IT training providers.
