Job summary

RED Global in Shoreditch is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant for IT Contract Recruitment. You’ll join a high-billing IT Contract division and grow your career with hands-on training in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

You don’t need IT recruitment experience; we’ll teach you. If you have 12 months to 2 years in recruitment from Sales, Finance, Legal or other professional services, your transferable skills will be trained into IT contract

Qualifications

• 12 months–2 years recruitment experience
• Ability to communicate with candidates and manage processes
• Willing to learn IT contract recruitment and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Learn IT contract recruitment from the ground up through in-house training
• Develop business and acquire new clients
• Build and manage a contractor network
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Master sales, negotiation and objection handling
• Create your own market and desk as a 360° recruiter
• Work with an experienced team to progress your career
