Job summary

NP Group in Shoreditch, London is hiring a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, delivery, contractor care and the wider recruitment operation. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office and full training provided to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

No prior recruitment experience is required; we value attitude, work ethic, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Source and engage candidates to fill vacancies.
• Review CVs and match candidates to vacancies.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines.
• Speak with candidates and contractors.
• Support interviews and candidate submissions.
• Look after contractors throughout their assignments.
• Assist with onboarding, compliance and timesheets.
• Develop knowledge of technology recruitment.
• Build recruitment, sales and relationship-management skills.

We're growing our recruitment team and are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, delivery, contractor care and the wider recruitment operation.

You don't need years of recruitment experience.

We're much more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You'll receive full training and work alongside experienced recruiters, learning how to:

• Source and engage candidates
• Review CVs and match candidates to vacancies
• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Speak with candidates and contractors
• Support interviews and candidate submissions
• Look after contractors throughout their assignments
• Assist with onboarding, compliance and timesheets
• Develop your knowledge of technology recruitment
