Job summary

PIB Group is hiring an entry-level Account Handler in Halifax to support clients, manage insurance programmes, and deliver high-quality service. You will become the dedicated contact for your portfolio, building relationships and helping clients access appropriate cover.

You will develop knowledge of personal insurance products, follow FCA requirements, and work in a collaborative, supportive team environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grades A-C including English and Maths, and CII qualifications.
• Customer service and financial services experience; knowledge of FCA requirements.
• Good communication, organization, time management, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships and support account management and claims.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
• Follow FCA requirements and maintain professional standards.
