Job summary

Aztec Group is hiring for an entry-level IAM support role responsible for daily tasks within the IAM team and providing cross-functional support across the business. The role focuses on analytical and communication skills while delivering proactive service.

The position reports to the Identity and Access Management Manager and offers a hybrid working arrangement with opportunities to develop in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate analytical and communicational skills while delivering proactive service.
• Experience in IT service delivery or financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to follow robust procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organisation and signing of various financial documents
• Follow robust procedures and controls
• Receive and distribute banking hardware to the business
• Adhere to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the JLMC process
• Ensure appropriate segregation of duties across all applications and services
• Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users to understand needs
• Carry out other duties as required within the team
• Utilise Ivanti to prioritise and resolve service requests across jurisdictions
• Use initiative for problem solving
