Job summary

Accenture Identity and Access Management Associate Manager role in England (hybrid) delivers hands-on IAM design and implementation with client-facing leadership across large-scale programs.

The role blends delivery, consulting, and emerging leadership to drive IAM transformations using SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity and Okta, with emphasis on governance, access lifecycle, and zero-trust principles.

Qualifications

Extensive IAM / security architecture experience.
Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on with IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta).
Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
Assess PAM/IAM practices and align with control objectives and risk appetite.
Be the primary client contact for IAM services and ensure satisfaction.
Define IAM architectures aligned with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks.
Oversee IAM operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
Lead teams to deliver security changes in complex organizations.
Engage in estimating, pricing, and opportunity management.
Lead RFP/RFI submissions and competitive bids.
Contribute to growing the IAM capability across Accenture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
