Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience gained across HR processes including joiners, movers, leavers, contracts, and onboarding.
• Customer focused with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• Experience coaching team members and sharing knowledge to resolve complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively deliver high-quality HR services to clients and end users to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Share expert HR guidance under the direction of the SME and support onboarding queries.
• Contribute to change and continuous improvement projects affecting service delivery.
• Update desk notes and knowledge base content to reflect evolving processes.
• Deputise for the SME when required and support junior staff.
