Qualifications

• Solid problem-solving mindset and ability to map customer needs to solutions.
• Understanding of server concepts and what makes a cloud.
• Ability to prepare simple cost estimates and sanity-check calculations.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.
• Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure and GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for inbound prospects and understand goals.
• Approach conversations to solve problems, not just push a product.
• Explain Verda products to customers with varying cases.
• Prepare simple quotes, cost comparisons and usage estimates.
• Discuss ramp-up plans and keep CRM and inboxes tidy.
• Filter/route requests to a Solution Architect or Strategic Sales as needed.
