Miniclip’s Playsport Games studio is seeking a creative Junior Designer who is early in their career but passionate about game design and eager to learn from experienced developers in a professional studio environment.

You will prototype, iterate, and polish gameplay features, while supporting the team with QA testing, bug reporting, and playthrough verification to maintain game quality across the full development cycle. Motorsport interest is a real plus.

Qualifications

• Some experience with game design through degree, game jam, mod, personal project, or internship.
• Familiarity with a modern game engine (Unity preferred).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team.
• Genuine enthusiasm for games and game development.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing, prototyping, and balancing gameplay features and systems.
• Work closely with Design team to implement and iterate on design documentation and in-game content.
• Collaborate with Art, Programming, Production, and QA to bring features to life.
• Carry out regular hands-on QA testing across builds, identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through to resolution.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing on new builds and features.
• Help prepare and run internal playtests, gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and update design documentation as features evolve.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms and design reviews.
• Support the team with whatever is needed to deliver the best possible player experience.
