Prodrive is seeking a Senior Systems Design Engineer to join the Engineering Vehicle Design group in the world of high-performance motorsport. You will design and integrate vehicle systems from concept through to manufacture and track deployment, collaborating with simulation, analysis and manufacturing teams.

You will apply your degree and 5+ years of motorsport design experience to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions on tight timeframes, with NX and Teamcenter as preferred tools and a

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related.
• 5+ years in a high-performance motorsport design environment.
• Proven expertise designing and integrating vehicle systems.
• Strong understanding of systems design, materials and manufacturing."
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams from concept to manufacture.
• Excellent CAD skills; NX and Teamcenter advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design components across powertrain integration and fluid systems.
• Collaborate with simulation and analysis teams to optimise systems.
• Deliver CAD assemblies and detailed designs to timelines and budgets.
• Release parts and Bill of Materials and keep them accurate.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Support design reviews and continuous improvement across programmes.
