The role emphasizes hands-on development, web fundamentals, accessibility, and collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Ruby experience and scripting, plus curiosity about APIs.
• Web fundamentals: HTML semantics, accessibility, CSS, and modern JavaScript; Angular is the stack (React/Vue bonus).
• Willingness to learn and grow into a full-stack role in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Build features across Ruby services and Angular/TypeScript apps from brief to release.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, tests, and use of the shared design system.
• Own features from ideation through production and maintenance.
• Use AI tools responsibly to speed up repetitive work.
