Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help deliver features across our Ruby backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend, while growing into frontend work. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers and product managers to scope and build customer‑facing features.

You’ll work with accessibility, performance and testing, using the shared design system and Contentful. This role offers hybrid working and the option to work from abroad.

Qualifications

• Ruby development experience; personal projects count.
• Strong web fundamentals: HTML/CSS/JavaScript and accessibility.
• Experience with Angular; interest in expanding frontend skills.
• Comfort using AI tools and able to justify usage.

Responsibilities

• Build full stack features across Ruby services and Angular/TypeScript apps.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, tests, and design-system conformance.
• Own features from ideation to production release and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and product managers.
