The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts, and drive performance both individually and for the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• has an understanding of managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
