The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Running shifts, planning staffing to ensure adequate coverage, coaching on the go
• Understanding labour management and rotas, and learning about financial performance
• Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift
