Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) in the UK invites applications for a SOC examiner role responsible for rigorous examination of biological evidence and delivering scientifically robust profiles to support investigations.

You will work within a fast-paced, regulated laboratory, ensuring GLP standards, chain-of-custody, and timely reporting while collaborating with the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• GLP is central to everything we do, ensuring every sample is handled with complete accuracy, integrity and traceability.
• While previous hands-on laboratory testing experience is helpful, comprehensive training is provided.
• Ability to operate under strict regulatory standards and high-throughput workflows.

Responsibilities

• SOC examination work: complete all exam tasks with timely processing and high throughput.
• Adhere to SOPs and GLP to maintain quality and compliance.
• Maintain exhibit integrity and proper chain-of-custody.
• Time booking accuracy in the relevant system.
• Support Lab workflow and communicate progress to the Production Supervisor.
