  • Hybrid Working – 3 Days in the Office
  • Location: London – currently based at White City, moving to Camden in November

About the Role:

The Junior Account Manager will manage and develop business sales and profitability budgets, focusing on new footwear product ranges to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new footwear product ranges to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer business requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage costs within budgets, including travel, samples, and freight, and seek cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate market trends and drive new material and component development.
  • Negotiate product costs and prices, create costings, and seek final approval.
  • Monitor operational costs within the product team.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by your manager.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Ensure timely and qualitative delivery of all account activities.
  • Develop and oversee design briefs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain knowledge of design principles and service processes.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, trustworthy work environment.
  • Follow up on sourcing critical paths.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in fashion footwear within a similar environment.
  • Confidence, agility, and determination to lead projects.
  • Ability to think laterally and manage processes efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and team or solo working capability.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Dexterity, agility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Patience, passion, and willingness to mentor others.
