Job summary

Pareto FM in Birmingham is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the Senior Account Manager in day-to-day contract delivery across the FM scope. You’ll work on coordinating contractors, maintaining maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.

You’ll be organized, commercially aware and customer-focused, with the ambition to develop into a full Account Manager while building strong client relationships and understanding the contract’s operational flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and contract support environments.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance tasks and manage warranties.
• Strong client-facing and reporting skills.

• Support the Senior Account Manager with day-to-day contract delivery.
