• Support Senior Account Manager in day-to-day contract operations.
• Coordinate contractors and manage planned/reactive maintenance.
• Maintain CAFM system and support compliance and financial processes.
• Build strong client relationships and provide reporting support.
• Assist in onboarding and developing reports for monthly client reviews.
