Job summary

Recruit UK in Harlow is seeking a Junior Financial Adviser to build client relationships and deliver holistic financial planning across investments, pensions and protection in a hybrid setting. The role offers training, mentoring and progression within a supportive environment.

You must hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, have a full clean UK driving license, and be prepared to commute to the office at least twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• Full, clean UK driving license is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions; regulated environment experience.
• Must be able to commute to the relevant office at least twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify clients' objectives, priorities and attitude to risk.
• Provide suitable holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Work closely with paraplanning, administration and compliance teams.
