Recruit UK is supporting a well-established independent financial planning and wealth management firm expanding its adviser team in Norwich. The Junior Financial Adviser role in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is hybrid, with a salary range of £35,000 to £60,000 plus bonus.

The role includes comprehensive training and ongoing development to build a career in financial advice. You will work on investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning, with support from paraplanning and admin teams, and

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions is required.
• Comfortable working within a regulated environment is essential.
• Able to commute to the relevant office at least twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify clients' objectives, priorities and attitude to risk.
• Provide suitable holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Work closely with paraplanning, administration and compliance teams.
