Job summary

Recruit UK is seeking a Junior Financial Adviser in Harlow (Hybrid). The role offers a path from paraplanner/administrator to a client-facing adviser with comprehensive training and mentoring.

You will build relationships, assess client objectives and risk, and provide holistic advice across investments, pensions and retirement planning. The position requires Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to commute to the office twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
