The Opportunity

We are working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice, while also looking for a role offering long-term career development.

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you will:

• Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and wider financial planning.
• Conduct client reviews and provide tailored advice based on individual needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare suitability reports and personalised financial plans.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure advice is delivered in line with FCA, Consumer Duty and internal compliance standards.
• Work closely with Adviser Support and Paraplanning colleagues.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Financial Adviser who has:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent).
• Current SPS and demonstrable experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong knowledge across investments, pensions and protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.
• A good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• An up-to-date CPD record and full UK driving licence.

Level 6 or Chartered status would be advantageous but is not essential.
