Job summary

Recruit UK partnered with a well-established independent financial planning and wealth management firm that is expanding its adviser team in Westerham. This hybrid role focuses on building client relationships and providing holistic financial advice across investments, pensions and retirement planning.

You will join a supportive business offering comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing development to help you build a career as a Financial Adviser, with paraplanning and admin support and

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Full UK driving license (Required).
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions.
• Comfortable working within a regulated environment.
• Able to commute to the relevant office at least twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify clients' objectives, priorities and attitude to risk.
• Provide suitable holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.

We are keen to speak with Level 4 Diploma-qualified financial services professionals, including paraplanners, trainee advisers, administrator, mortgage adviser, who are looking to take the next step into a client-facing financial advice role.
