Job summary

Qualifications

• Junior field service engineer ideally already doing a similar role and looking for a new challenge
• Experience working in the print industry is a bonus
• Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
• Good abilty to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems
• Experience working with automatic/automated machinery
• Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks
• Good level of computer skills including MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site & remote technical support for our customers located in the UK with occasional travel to countries in europe to cover busy periods/holidays
• Be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CDI/XPS Hardware
• Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front end/user interface software
• Demonstrate successful deployment of Esko solutions in a live production environment to ensure the system is accepted by the customer
• Work in close collaboration with the Regional Service Director, Regional Support team, Global support team and our customer’s to quickly resolve any issues on site
• Submit detailed service reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns

Our ideal Candidate will

Be located in Manchester, Leeds or Hull areas of the UK and will currently be working in a similar Field Service role.

In your main role at Esko, you will:
