Responsibilities

• Support and assess Fabrication & Welding apprentices in the workplace.
• Carry out regular progress reviews with learners and employers.
• Assess practical competency against apprenticeship standards.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Monitor and record learner progress and achievement.
• Liaise with employers and internal teams to support apprentice development.
• Gain recognised assessor and trainer qualifications through full training.
