• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Search for independent consultants across Europe to match client briefs.
• Screen talent, assess fit, advise clients on the on-demand market, and present candidates.
• Create talent profiles and client-ready presentations; manage project CRM.
• Coach consultants for client interviews and handle challenging conversations.
• Support contracting, rate negotiations, and coordination with sales, finance, and legal.
• Own projects end-to-end—from initial call to final engagement day.
