Salary: £25.5K (per year)

Location: Clapham Junction, South-West London (Hybrid Working - Tuesday & Wednesday in the office)

Who we are:

Look Fabulous Forever is a direct-to-consumer beauty brand for older women. Our founder, Tricia Cusden, started the company in 2013, then aged 65. She struggled to find products that worked well for her skin post-menopause. She felt ignored by mainstream beauty brands and retailers. So she designed, formulated, manufactured and distributed her own range of makeup and skincare specifically for older women. Today our mission is to empower a generation to look, feel and live fabulously forever.

Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Junior Executive - Marketing and Social Media (12 Months FTC). You’ll play a vital role in supporting the marketing team to grow the business. You’ll be working with the brand and marketing team under the direction of the Senior Content & Social Media Executive. This would be a hybrid role, with typically 2 days in our office, 5 minutes from Clapham Junction Station and the rest of the time working from home. Additional in person support would be available during the on-boarding period.

What we are looking for:

• A creative person with an interest in content creation and design
• Experience with creating content, video editing or photo editing

Here are some examples of the sort of things you may have experience with;

Creating content for and managing your own social media channels, taking and editing videos or images, writing blogs or articles, experience with producing graphic design

- note it can be any of the above

• Highly organised
• Excellent time management, this role involves multiple managing projects with strict deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail, you will be responsible for checking links, copy, images etc
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to generate ideas
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Fluent in English: speaking, reading and writing
• Keen to learn how to use new software and systems
• You must have the right to live and work in the UK

The role:

• Taking and editing images and creating graphics
• Producing written content
• The creation and editing of video / multimedia
• Social Media: support on the planning and creation of our social calendar
• Brand: work on brand partnerships, work with designers to produce printed brand collateral, help bring the brand to life by assisting on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand design
• Ecommerce: assist with the creation and design of web pages, branded banners and graphics, content pages and paid social media ads
• Data Analysis: support on weekly and monthly reporting
• Other: assist on new projects and help with all other general tasks that come with a small team
