Picture yourself in the team:

The Facilities team form part of the CBA Europe Finance and Operations team who provide financial and management reporting as well as financial advice and operational support to our business partners. This involves a range of services including reporting of daily P&Ls for the Trading business, monthly performance reporting for Product and Client segments, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc special reviews. We are also responsible for ensuring a robust financial control framework exists and operates effectively to safeguard the Banks assets for the IB&M businesses. Finally, we are responsible for the operational support of the business, including Loan Operations and Facilities Management. Facilities department supports the IB&M business with any premises related requirements and administration requests.

You will report directly into the London Branch Facilities Manager.

This role is on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

Do work that matters:

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet guests, customers, clients, couriers and service staff for all departments of the London office;
  • Operate branch switchboard and associated tasks;
  • Manage Branch phone numbers for the internal directory and Business Continuity;
  • Issue and control point for the office access cards. Monitor and review access levels;
  • Assist with the coordination of our CBA events held at the London office;
  • Overflow EA/PA and Facilities duties for the branch;
  • Manage Branch couriers and DHL requirements for CBA London.

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role;
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills;
  • Professional Receptionist skills, excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Able to work without supervision and take initiative;
  • High attention to detail;
  • The ability to follow safety and security procedures, and put them into effect;
  • The ability to use office equipment such as switchboards, fax machines and photocopiers.

Please note that this role is not hybrid, and is on-site 5 days per week. In order to be successful, you will have to be willing to work on-site.
