Job summary

You will support the estimating team in delivering accurate quotations, liaise with sales and contracting, and help manage client deadlines while developing your IT and office software skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
• No formal estimating experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong IT and MS Office literacy is expected.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and a positive attitude to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming enquiries and prepare quotation documents.
• Ensure quotations are completed and returned within deadlines.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support sales and contracting with accurate cost estimates.
