Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a proactive Junior HR Advisor - Employee Relations to join our HR team in the UK. You will support managers, coordinate HR activity, and manage lower-level ER cases in line with policy and employment law.

You will handle the HR inbox, prepare reports, and provide guidance on disciplinary, absence, performance, and flexible working matters while developing your HR career in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in employee relations and HR advisory work.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with UK employment law is desirable.
• CIPD Level 3 or actively pursuing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR inbox and route queries to the appropriate HR team members.
• Prepare daily HR case updates and staff reports.
• Offer guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Support lower-level employee relations cases from start to finish.
