Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded Employment team in Wigan on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office each week. You will advise employers and employees on a varied caseload and contribute to a growing, supportive team.

This role offers clear progression, exposure to both claimant and respondent work, mentoring from senior solicitors, and a structured development plan as you build expertise in Employment law.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Handle day-to-day employment law and HR advisory work.
• Manage both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Assist with merit assessments and case strategy.
• Draft and review employment contracts and documentation.
