What You'll Do

Hybrid working with travel to Bridgwater and Pineham

Agile, ambitious, and future-focused, we’re looking for a Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our Digital Trading Team. You’ll support our team in managing product categories across our website and app. You will analyse sales performance, optimise product display, and support weekly trading.

1. Support e-commerce merchandising in weekly digital department trading.
2. Create and manage uploads for campaigns, deals, and new products.
3. Analyse and optimise categories using customer, competitor, and market data.
4. Build landing pages for campaigns.
5. Manage website and app signposting.
6. Review and identify customer journey friction points.
7. Provide feedback on competitor activity and search trends.

What You'll Bring

Preferably some experience in e-commerce such as a basic understanding of search and merchandising tools, but this is not essential. Skills may have been gained as a graduate or through work experience.

• Data analysis experience; accustomed to producing, analysing, interpreting information and reporting.
• Self-motivated and eager to develop.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technical tools and systems.
• Customer-centric mindset – passionate about enhancing the customer journey.

Beneficial Skills

• Basic HTML, Content Management, or Product Management experience is desirable.
