What you'll do

• Support e-commerce merchandising in weekly digital department trading.
• Create and manage uploads for campaigns, deals, and new products.
• Analyse and optimise categories using customer, competitor and market data.
• Build landing pages for campaigns.
• Manage website and app signposting.
• Review and identify customer journey friction points.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity and search trends.

What you'll bring

• Preferably some experience in e-commerce or a basic understanding of search and merch tools, but not essential. Skills may have been gained as a graduate or through work experience.
• Data analysis experience; accustomed to producing, analysing, and interpreting information and reporting.
• Self-motivated and eager to develop.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technical tools and systems.
• Customer-centric mindset, passionate about optimizing the customer journey.

Beneficial Skills

• Basic HTML, Content Management, or Product Management experience is desirable.
