6 month Fixed Term Salaried Contract

Role Overview

As we grow and enhance our learning offering, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Digital Content Creator to join our team.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and tech-savvy individual to support our digital learning initiatives. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining engaging content, managing learner support channels, and helping our users get the best experience from our products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in digital learning and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Maintenance
  • Develop and update digital education content for our products, including video tutorials, written guides, and microlearning modules.
  • Translate product updates and new features into engaging, easy-to-digest learning content.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity and high standards in all educational materials.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Ensure the system is kept up to date with current learning paths and materials.
  • Help Centre & Support Content
  • Maintain and update Help Centre articles to reflect the latest product functionality.
  • Work closely with product and support teams to identify knowledge gaps and update documentation accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage email enquiries.
  • Provide timely and helpful responses or escalate to the appropriate team where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Attend internal meetings with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to stay informed on product changes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with product goals and user needs.

Essential:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic experience in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Comfortable using and learning new software tools and platforms, especially LMS systems (Thrive).
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively across multiple projects.
  • A keen interest in education, digital learning, and product development.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in a similar content or digital learning role.
  • Knowledge of UX writing or instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
