To accelerate the development of high-quality educational resources and ensure our content remains best-in-class, we’re hiring an Academic Content Manager to lead our IB and IGCSE content efforts. The role will also contribute to A-Level, AP, and university admissions content.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing IB Diploma graduate who’s passionate about education and eager to shape the future of online learning. You’ll lead the planning, creation, and ongoing improvement of our study materials, working closely with subject experts, developers, and our leadership team.

This is a high-impact role with broad scope—from content strategy to technical implementation—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Plan, commission, and refine top-tier notes, practice questions, mark schemes, and mock exams for IB and IGCSE subjects, also extending to A-Level, AP and university admissions.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit existing materials, identify gaps, and lead revisions to improve accuracy, depth, and student usefulness.
  • Team Management: Brief external contributors, set and track deadlines, and provide detailed feedback on submitted drafts.
  • Platform Engagement: Analyse usage data to guide priorities and optimise content based on performance.
  • Marketing Support: Produce educational video content for social media and support outreach campaigns.
  • Product Innovation: Help develop AI-driven study tools tailored to IB and IGCSE learners.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with developers to shape and test new site features and improvements.
  • No-Code Projects: Use tools like Wix, Loveable, and Notion to create and manage lightweight educational tools or microsites.
Requirements
  • IB Diploma graduate with excellent academic results.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Organised and deadline-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.

Location: Remote

Salary: £32,000/year
