Job summary

Squarepoint Capital is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Analyst to support a global user community in a Windows environment with virtual desktops. You will interact onsite and remotely to resolve hardware, software, and access issues, while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases.

The role requires experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote access solutions, along with excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11/Office 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and Remote Access solutions.
• Hardware setup, troubleshooting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24x5 on-site and remote support to ~2,000 global users.
• Handle incident management and service requests within SLAs.
• Provide first- and second-level issue resolution and triage.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks.
