Job summary

Chaos is seeking a junior designer to help create pitch-winning concepts and craft brand identities. You’ll be a real part of a small studio, working closely with the whole team on original, strategically-led ideas. If you think in motion as well as still, even better.

You’ll contribute to live client work from early on, growing your skills and your role in a boutique agency that values initiative, detail, and proactive teamwork in a hybrid Guildford studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and typography skills, and a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• You can talk about your work, explaining the thinking behind an idea, not just the output.
• A creative thinker and a maker.
• Curiosity, and an appetite for finding a fresh angle on a brief.
• Great attention to detail.
• A proactive team player who works well in a small team.
• Some one with lots of initiative and who is eager to learn.

We're looking for a junior designer to help create pitch-winning concepts and craft brand identities.

You'll be a real part of a small studio, working closely with the whole team on original, strategically-led ideas. If you think in motion as well as still, even better.

We're more interested in how you think than in how long you've been doing it. Your portfolio matters more than your CV. We'd like someone who can easily commute to our main studio in Guildford and ideally be in with the team 3 days a week.

What we're looking for:

We are currently using a hybrid studio/home working model and our head office is based in Guildford. So you will be expected to be in the office for at least 2 days a week, possibly more depending on projects.
