Job summary

SAMY, a global brand communications leader, is looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team in Greater London. You will blend graphic design, motion graphics and digital assets to keep brands engaging across social platforms.

You'll collaborate with writers and strategists, adapt content to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube formats, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Initial experience or foundational knowledge in photography, graphic design and motion design.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of social media-first content creation for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing and dynamic editing techniques.
• Knowledge of brand identity, typography and layouts.
• Fluent in English.

Role Mission

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of visual content, combining graphic design, motion graphics and digital assets to keep brands engaging and impactful.

Requirements

• Create visual content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Adapt content to different formats, trends and platform-specific requirements.

Skills & experience

• Initial experience or foundational knowledge in photography, graphic design and motion design (agency experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Understanding of social media-first content creation for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing and dynamic editing techniques.
• Knowledge of brand identity, typography and layouts.
• Fluent in English.
