SAMY is a global brand agency redefining social-first communications. We’re seeking a creator-led marketer who sources, signs, briefs, and grows creators for TikTok Shop clients, driving brand sales and engagement.

You’ll recruit at scale, manage partnerships end-to-end, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise campaigns and content. Hybrid, London-area options available, with global mobility opportunities.

• Proven experience in creator marketing and end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience running high-volume creator outreach and tracking responses.
• Great verbal and written English for outreach, briefs, and client communications.

Responsabilités

• Creator sourcing and vetting for each brand using TikTok Shop tools.
• Recruitment: manage a healthy creator pipeline and launch cohorts.
• Advocacy partnerships: manage creator partnerships across various fee models end-to-end.
• Briefing and approvals: create briefs and manage content approvals and posting schedules.
• TikTok Shop affiliate programmes: run Open and Targeted plans and monthly briefs.
• Affiliate segment management: re-engage inactive creators and amplify top sellers.
• Community and compliance: build creator relationships and ensure platform compliance.
• Tracking and playbooks: maintain trackers and report creator activity and GMV.

Role Mission

You are the creator engine behind our TikTok Shop clients. You find, sign, brief and grow the creators who build the brand and drive its sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator sourcing: Find and vet creators who fit each brand, based on the audience fit and objectives using TikTok Shop tools (like Unbox) and SAMY’s Maia.
• Recruitment: Run creator outreach at volume, keep a healthy pipeline, and build the outdoor brand’s launch affiliate cohort.
• Advocacy partnerships: Manage creator partnerships across hybrid/flat fee models and manage the campaigns end-to-end, including negotiation, contracts, briefing, reporting and performance tracking.
• Briefing and approvals: Create creator briefs, review content against brand guidelines, and manage approvals and posting schedules.
• TikTok Shop affiliate programme: Run TikTok shop Open and Targeted plans, manage samples through to published content, and send monthly brief refreshes.
• Affiliate segment management and performance optimisation: Re-engage or replace inactive creators, and reward and amplify top sellers with the Creative and Paid Media teams.
• Community and compliance: Build long-term creator relationships, run community moments, and ensure ASA, CMA and TikTok Shop compliance.
• Tracking and playbooks: Keep trackers accurate, report weekly on creator activity and GMV, and help build SAMY’s creator commerce playbooks.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in creator marketing, experienced running creator campaigns end-to-end with literacy on sales-driven creator campaigns, at an agency or a brand.
• Experience running creator outreach at volume and keeping track of reply and conversion rates.
• Good creative judgement. You can spot a creator who fits a premium brand and write a brief that gets natural, on-brand content.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliates and affiliate creator experience is a plus, for example recruiting affiliates (not limited to TikTok Shop), running sample requests or managing TikTok Shop Open and Targeted plans
• Great verbal and written proficiency in English for outreach, briefs, reports and client comms.
