This is a unique Customer Support Agent role with location in Manchester, ideal for someone who is looking to put the clients’ interests first and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is an exciting, entry-level customer service role with various career progression opportunities within the company.


Tech Stack

Your Responsibilities
  • You are the contact person for our customers and handle written customer enquiries as well as inbound/outbound telephone calls independently and competently.
  • You inspire with your friendly manner, and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process, including basic tax issues.
  • You will follow work instructions to respond to customers dealing with sensitive or complex topics such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model), early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.
  • You gain detailed product knowledge to resolve customer enquiries.
  • You ensure customer matters are resolved satisfactorily.
  • You adhere to our data control principles.
  • You work well alongside a diverse team.

Your Profile
  • Professional experience in customer support is desirable, regardless of sector.
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail and prioritize effectively.
  • You have proficient MS Office (or Google equivalent) and IT skills and are open to learning new programmes.
  • You are flexible and open to new challenges.
  • You speak and write English at a native level.
