Your Responsibilities
- You are the primary contact for our customers, handling written inquiries and inbound/outbound calls independently and competently.
- You inspire with your friendly manner, making customers feel well taken care of, thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
- You professionally handle inquiries about account opening, investment processes, and basic tax issues.
- You follow work instructions to respond to customers dealing with sensitive or complex issues such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model), early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.
- You gain detailed product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- You ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- You adhere to data control principles.
- You collaborate well with a diverse team.
Your Profile
- Experience in customer support is desirable, regardless of the sector.
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- You demonstrate high attention to detail and prioritize effectively.
- You have proficient MS Office (or Google equivalent) and IT skills, with openness to learning new programs.
- You are flexible and open to new challenges.
- You speak and write English at a native level.
